Question: Can I change or add locks to the home?
No you may not. The locks are changed after each resident moves out, to ensure safety. Maintenance is required to perform this task and to file a spare key at the office for emergencies.
Question: When is the pool open?
Our pools are generally open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool Hours are currently 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. 7 days a week.
Question: How can I pay my rent?
You can pay by check or money order- either mailing it to the office or dropping it in our rent drop on the office door. You can also pay your rent online with your debit/credit card or bank account information. If you would like further details on payment methods please give us a call. Keep in mind, rent is due on the 1 st each month- even if that day falls on a holiday or a weekend.
Question: Can I paint or wall paper in my home?
No you may not. We do allow you to hang pictures, or shelves at your discretion.
Question: How do I file a complaint about my neighbor, maintenance, or a vendor?

Question: Can someone move-in with me?
Yes, but they are required to pass the application process. It is a violation of the lease to allow anyone to reside in your home that isn’t on the lease.
Question: Are pets allowed?
Yes! Our community are pet friendly. Contact the office on the specifics & policy required prior to obtaining a pet or applying.
Question: What is the application fee?
$25 per adult over age 18 that will be on the lease.
